糖尿病肾病患者采取高通量血液透析联合百令胶囊的治疗效果

Effect of High-flux Hemodialysis Combined with Corbrin Capsule in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨对糖尿病肾病患者给予高通量血液透析联合百令胶囊的治疗效果。方法选取2020年1月-2022年6月我院收治的糖尿病肾病患者80例,依据随机数字表法将其分成观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组采取高通量血液透析治疗,观察组加之百令胶囊治疗。比对两组治疗前后糖代谢指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hFPG)]、肾功能指标[血尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)]、炎症指标[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血β-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-a)]、营养状况[血清总蛋白(TP)、前白蛋白(PAB)、白蛋白(ALB)]、代谢物清除率及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组FPG、2hFPG、BUN、Scr、hs-CRP、β2-MG、IL-6、TNF-a、TP、PAB、ALB等指标比对无显著差异性(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较观察组FPG、2hFPG、BUN、hs-CRP、β2-MG、IL-6、TNF-a均较低,Scr、TP、PAB、ALB均较高(P<0.05);观察组代谢物清除率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组发生低氧血症、低血压等人数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者采取高通量血液透析与百令胶囊联合治疗可改善预后结果,控制不良心血管事件发生,延长生存时间,肾功能、糖代谢、炎性状态均得到明显改善,利于病情康复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of high-flux hemodialysis combined with Corbrin capsule on patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:A total of 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to a random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high-flux hemodialysis,while the observation group was treated with Corbrin capsule.Glucose metabolism indexes[fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hFPG)],renal function indexes[blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr)],inflammation indexes[high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),bloodβ-microglobulin(β2-MG),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a)],nutritional status[serum total protein(TP),prealbumin(PAB),albumin(ALB)],metabolite clearance rate and incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in FPG,2hFPG,BUN,Scr,hs-CRP,β2-MG,IL-6,TNF-a,TP,PAB,and ALB between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,FPG,2hFPG,BUN,hs-CRP,β2-MG,IL-6 and TNF-a were lower in the observation group,while Scr,TP,PAB and ALB were higher in the observation group(P<0.05);The metabolite clearance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of hypoxemia and hypotension in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high-flux hemodialysis combined with Corbrin capsule can improve the prognosis,control adverse cardiovascular events,prolong the survival time,and significantly improve the renal function,glucose metabolism and inflammatory state in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
