虚拟情景护理对髋关节置换术患者康复的效果

The Effect of Virtual Scenario Nursing on Rehabilitation of Patients with Hip Replacement

目的研究虚拟情景护理对髋关节置换术患者康复的效果。方法选取2019年2月-2023年2月在我院接受髋关节置换术治疗的84例患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各42组。对照组行常规护理,研究组行虚拟情景护理,观察两组患者术后次日、出院前日疼痛程度及髋关节功能恢复情况。结果本研究共纳入84例患者,对照组和研究组均有1例患者因问卷填写有误剔除,最终82例患者完成研究。术后次日,两组患者Mc Gill疼痛量表(Mc Gi U pain questionnaire,MPQ)各维度评分及总评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05);出院前日,两组患者MPQ各维度评分及总评分均有下降(P<0.05),研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后次日,两组患者牛津髋关节功能量表(Oxford hip score,OHS)总评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05);出院前日,两组患者OHS总评分均有下降(P<0.05),研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论虚拟情景护理可有效减轻髋关节置换术患者术后疼痛,改善髋关节功能,促进早日康复。

Objective:To study the effect of virtual scenario nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with hip replacement.Methods:A total of 84 patients who received hip replacement in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2023 were selected,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received virtual scenario nursing.The pain degree and the recovery of hip function were observed on the next day after surgery and on the day before discharge.Results:A total of 84 patients were included in this study.One patient in both the control group and the research group was excluded due to incorrect questionnaire filling,and 82 patients finally completed the study.On the next day after surgery,there were no significant differences in the scores of all dimensions and total scores on the McGiU pain questionnaire(MPQ)between the two groups(P>0.05);On the day before discharge,MPQ scores of all dimensions and total scores decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).On the next day after surgery,there were no significant differences in the total score of Oxford hip score(OHS)between the two groups(P>0.05);On the day before discharge,the total score of OHS was decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Virtual scenario nursing can effectively reduce the postoperative pain of patients with hip replacement,improve hip function,and promote the early recovery of patients.
