耳内镜下行鼓室成形术在慢性化脓性中耳炎患者中的应用

The Application of Endoscopic Tympanoplasty in Patients with Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media

目的分析耳内镜下鼓室成形术在慢性化脓性中耳炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月-2023年6月本院收治的慢性化脓性中耳炎患者60例,借助随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组患者采用传统鼓室成形术进行治疗,观察组患者采用耳内镜下鼓室成形术进行治疗。对比分析两组患者手术前以及手术后听力指标变化、干耳时间、移植物存活率以及并发症发生情况。结果手术前,听力指标组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术后,听力指标组间比较低于手术前,组内比较观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者干耳时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者移植物存活率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。并发症发生率组间比较:观察组10.00%(3/30)显著低于对照组33.33%(10/30)。结论针对慢性化脓性中耳炎患者,采用耳内镜下鼓室成形术进行治疗,可有效改善患者听力水平,缩短术后干耳时间以及提高移植物存活水平,同时并发症发生率较低,具有较高的临床推广应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of endoscopic tympanoplasty in patients with chronic suppurative otitis media.Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2023 were selected,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional tympanoplasty,while the observation group was treated with tympanoplasty under otoscope.The changes of hearing indexes,dry ear time,graft survival rate and complications were compared between the two groups before and after surgery.Results:Before operation,there was no significant difference in hearing index between groups(P>0.05).After surgery,the hearing index between groups was lower than that before surgery,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Dry ear time in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The graft survival rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 10.00%(3/30)lower than that in the control group(33.33%).Conclusion:For patients with chronic suppurative otitis media,endoscopic tympanoplasty can effectively improve the hearing level of patients,shorten the postoperative dry ear time and increase the level of graft inventory.At the same time,the incidence of complications is low,which has a high clinical application value.
