血液透析通量方式对终末期肾病患者钙磷及甲状旁腺激素水平的影响

The Effect of Hemodialysis Flux on Calcium,Phosphorus and Parathyroid Hormone Levels in Patients with End-stage Renal Disease

目的分析血液透析通量方式对终末期肾病患者钙磷以及甲状旁腺激素水平的影响。方法选取2019年11月-2021年11月在本院接受血液透析治疗的终末期肾病患者68例,按照随机数字表法将其均分为对照组和实验组,每组各34例。对照组患者应用低通量血液透析进行治疗,实验组患者应用高通量血液透析进行治疗。对比分析两组患者钙、磷以及甲状旁腺激素水平变化情况。结果治疗前,血清钙、血清磷、甲状旁腺激素水平组间比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,血清钙、血清磷、甲状旁腺激素水平组内、组间比较均具有明显差异,治疗后血清钙、血清磷、甲状旁腺激素水平显著降低且实验组低于对照组,均具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论针对终末期肾病患者,高通量血液透析可显著改善患者血清钙、血清磷及甲状旁腺激素水平,具有一定的临床推广价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of hemodialysis flux on calcium,phosphorus and parathyroid hormone levels in patients with end-stage renal disease.Methods:A total of 68 patients with end-stage renal disease who received hemodialysis in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2021 were selected,and were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with low-flux hemodialysis,and patients in the experimental group were treated with high-flux hemodialysis.The changes of calcium,phosphorus and parathyroid hormone levels in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum calcium,serum phosphorus and parathyroid hormone levels among the groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of serum calcium,serum phosphorus and parathyroid hormone were significantly different in intra-and inter-groups.After treatment,the levels of serum calcium,serum phosphorus and parathyroid hormone were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with end-stage renal disease,high-throughput hemodialysis can significantly improve the levels of serum calcium,serum phosphorus and parathyroid hormone,which has certain clinical promotion value.
