心脏血管支架材料对冠心病患者的临床治疗效果

The Effect of Cardiac Vascular Stent Materials in the Clinical Treatment of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 目的分析心脏血管支架材料对冠心病患者临床治疗效果的影响。方法选取2021年1月-2021年12月我院收治的冠心病患者112例,采用随机抽样的方式将患者入组后随机编号1~112,根据患者植入心脏血管支架材料不同,设计药物洗脱支架组(DES组)以及生物可降解支架组(BRS组),分别纳入奇数编号以及偶数编号患者各56例。DES组患者植入药物洗脱支架,BRS组患者植入生物可降解支架。对比分析两组患者支架植入情况(包括植入支架数目、直径、长度)、目标血管直径、狭窄程度以及心肌标志物水平。结果BRS组支架植入数目均为1个,显著低于DES组(P<0.05);植入支架直径、长度组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。术前,血管直径以及狭窄程度组间比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);术后,血管直径组内比较术后高于术前(P<0.05)、组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05),狭窄程度组内比较术后低于术前(P<0.05)、组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。术前,心肌标志物水平组间比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);术后,心肌标志物水平组内比较术后高于术前(P<0.05),组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论药物洗脱支架以及生物可降解支架在冠心病介入手术治疗中均可获得理想的治疗效果,在降低患者冠状动脉堵塞程度方面均具有理想效果,临床可结合患者实际情况选择合适材料为其提供介入手术治疗。 Objective:This study aims to analyze the effect of stent materials in the clinical treatment of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 112 patients with coronary heart disease,who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly selected,and assigned a number from 1 to 112 after being included at random sampling.According to the different materials implanted in the patients'cardiovascular stents,drug-eluting stents(DES group)and biodegradable stents(BRS group)were designed.Fifty-six patients with odd numbers and 56 with even numbers were included.The DES group was implanted with drug-eluting stents,while the BRS group was implanted with biodegradable stents.Stent implantation(including the number,diameter,and length of implanted stents),target vessel diameter,stenosis degree,and myocardial marker level were compared between the two groups.Results:The number of stent implantations in the BRS group was 1,significantly lower than that in the DES group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the diameter and length of stent implantation among groups(P>0.05).Before surgery,there were no significant differences in vessel diameter or stenosis degree between groups(P>0.05).After surgery,the blood vessel diameter in the group was higher after surgery than before surgery(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05),the stenosis degree in the group was lower after surgery than before surgery(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in the level of myocardial markers between groups(P>0.05).After surgery,the level of myocardial markers in the group was higher after surgery than before surgery(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both drug-eluting and biodegradable stents can achieve ideal therapeutic effects in the interventional surgical treatment of coronary heart disease and have ideal effects in reducing the degree of coronary artery blockage in patients.In clinical practice,appropriate materials can be selected to provide interventional surgical treatment for patients according to their actual conditions.
