三元联动延续护理模式在人工髋关节置换术患者护理中的应用效果

Effect of the Ternary Linkage Continuous Nursing Model in the Nursing of Patients with Artificial Hip Replacement

目的研究三元联动延续护理模式在人工髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年11月-2021年2月在我院接受髋关节置换术的68例患者,根据随机入院分组将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各34例。对照组行常规延续性护理,研究组行三元联动延续护理,观察两组患者出院时、出院后1月、出院后3月、出院后6月自我护理能力及髋关节功能。结果出院时,两组患者自我护理能力量表(exercise of self-care agency,ESCA)评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05);出院后1月、出院后3月、出院后6月研究组ESCA评分分别为(79.34±4.16)分、(103.87±4.12)分、(124.21±4.32)分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。出院时,两组患者人工髋关节疗效评分标准(Harris hip score,Harris)评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05);出院后1月、出院后3月、出院后6月研究组Harris评分分别为(59.16±4.12)分、(67.19±4.15)分、(72.36±4.36)分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人工髋关节置换术患者应用三元联动延续护理模式效果较好,可有效提升其自我护理能力,从而改善髋关节功能。

Objective:To study the effect of ternary linkage continuous nursing model in patients with artificial hip replacement.Methods:A total of 68 patients who received artificial hip replacement in our hospital from November 2019 to February 2021 were selected,and were divided into a study group and a control group according to random admission grouping,with 34 cases in each group.The study group received ternary linkage continuous nursing,and the self-nursing ability and hip function of the two groups were observed at the time of discharge,one month after discharge,three months after discharge,and six months after discharge.Results:At the time of discharge,there was no significant difference in the scores of exercise of self-care a-gency(ESCA)between the two groups(P>0.05);The ESCA scores of the study group were(79.34±4.16),(103.87±4.12),and(124.21±4.32)at 1 month after discharge,3 months after discharge,and 6 months after discharge,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).At the time of discharge,there was no significant difference in the Harris score between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of(59.16±4.12),(67.19±4.15)and(72.36±4.36)were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The post-ternary linkage continuation nursing mode is effective for patients undergoing hip replacement,which can effectively improve their self-care ability and hip joint function.
