快速外科康复理念下的围术期捆绑护理在单髁置换老年患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Perioperative Bundled Nursing under the Concept of Rapid Surgical Rehabilitation in Elderly Patients with Unicondylar Replacement

目的分析快速外科康复理念下的围术期捆绑护理在单髁置换老年患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月-2022年1月本院收治的单髁置换老年患者86例,随机均分为对照组和实验组,每组各43例。对照组患者在单髁置换术围术期接受常规护理,实验组围术期接受快速外科康复理念下的围术期捆绑护理。对比两组患者手术相关指标、美国特种外科医院膝关节功能评分(hospital for special surgery,HSS)以及Barthel指数评分。结果实验组患者手术相关指标明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。护理前,HSS各维度评分、Barthel指数评分组间比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后,患者HSS各维度评分、Barthel指数评分组间比较实验组高于对照组,组内比较护理后高于护理前,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在接受单髁置换术治疗的老年患者围术期应用开腹外科康复理念下的捆绑护理,可显著提高膝关节功能恢复,对于提高患者日常活动能力效果理想。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of perioperative bundled nursing under the concept of rapid surgical rehabilitation in elderly patients with unicondylar replacement.Methods:A total of 86 elderly patients with unicondylar replacement admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected,and were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 43 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine clinical nursing during perioperative period,and the patients in the experimental group were given perioperative bundled nursing under the concept of rapid surgical rehabilitation.Surgery-related indexes,hospital for special surgery(HSS)score and Barthel index score were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative ground time and hospital stay of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of HSS dimensions and Barthel index among groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of HSS dimensions and Barthel index of patients were significantly improved,and the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of perioperative bundled nursing under the concept of open surgery rehabilitation in elderly patients undergoing unicondylar replacement can significantly improve the recovery of knee function,which has an ideal effect on improving the daily activities of patients.
