胜任力导向下带教模式用于人工髋关节置换术患者对实习护士生学习力及满意度的影响

Influence of Competency-Oriented Teaching Mode in Artificial Hip Replacement on Learning Ability and Satisfaction of Trainee Nurses

摘要 目的探讨胜任力导向下带教模式用于人工髋关节置换术对实习护士生学习能力及满意度的影响。方法选取2019年8月-2021年9月我院骨科实习的81名护士生,按照随机数表法将其分为观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=39)。对照组采用传统教学模式进行带教,观察组以胜任力为导向对学生进行带教。比较两组学习能力[自我管理能力、信息能力、学习合作能力]、胜任力[个人特质、临床护理能力、支持和人际沟通能力、批判性临床思维能力、专业建设和自我发展能力]评分,对比两组带教满意度。结果两组干预后自我管理能力、学习合作能力、信息能力评分呈现上升趋势且观察组水平更高(P<0.05)。观察组个人特质、临床护理能力、支持和人际沟通能力、批判性临床思维能力、专业建设和自我发展能力评分呈现上升趋势(P<0.05)。观察组带教满意度为95.24%,显著高于对照组76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胜任力导向下带教模式用于人工髋关节置换术,可提高实习护士生学习能力及满意度,值得临床重视。 Objective:To explore the influence of competency-oriented teaching mode on the learning ability and satisfaction of trainee nurses in artificial hip replacement.Methods:From August 2019 to September 2021 a total of 81 trainee nurses in our hospital's orthopedic practice were selected,and were divided into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=39)according to the random number table method.The control group was taught by traditional teaching mode,while the observation group was guided by competence.Compare the scores of learning ability[self-management ability,information ability,learning cooperation ability]and competency[personal characteristics,clinical nursing ability,support and interpersonal communication ability,critical clinical thinking ability,professional construction and self-development ability]between the two groups,and compare the teaching satisfaction between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the scores of self-management ability,learning cooperation ability and information ability of the two groups showed an upward trend and the level of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).In the observation group,the scores of personal traits,clinical nursing ability,support and interpersonal communication ability,critical clinical thinking ability,professional construction and self-development ability showed an upward trend(P<0.05).The satisfaction of teaching in the observation group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.92%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Competency-oriented teaching mode in artificial hip replacement can improve the learning ability and satisfaction of trainee nurses,which should be paid attention to clinically.
