PDCA循环管理对血液透析合并高血压患者血压控制效果及预后的影响

Effect of PDCA Cycle Management on Blood Pressure Control and Prognosis in Hemodialysis Patients with Hypertension

目的 探讨PDCA循环管理在血液透析合并高血压患者中的应用效果。方法 依照随机数字表法将2019年1月-2020年12月我院收治的94例血液透析合并高血压患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各47例。对照组接受常规干预,观察组在常规管理基础上接受PDCA循环管理,干预4周。比较两组血压水平、生活质量和并发症发生情况。结果 观察组干预后舒张压、收缩压均低于对照组,并发症发生率为4.26%,低于对照组的17.02%,健康调查简表(SF-36)评分高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环管理能够有效控制血液透析合并高血压患者的血压水平,降低并发症发生风险,从而改善患者的生活质量。

Objective: To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management in hemodialysis patients with hypertension. Methods: According to the random number table method, 94 hemodialysis patients with hypertension in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected, and were divided into control group and observation group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention, and the observation group received PDCA cycle management on the basis of routine management for 4 weeks. The blood pressure, quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group. The incidence of complications was 4.26%, which was lower than 17.02% of the control group. SF-36 scores are higher than that of the corotrol gyoup, with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: PDCA cycle management can effectively control the blood pressure in hemodialysis patients with hypertension, reduce the risk of complications, and improve the quality of life.
