风险管理模式护理对血液透析患者依从性及炎性因子水平的影响

Influence of Risk Management Model Nursing on Compliance and Inflammatory Factor Levels in Hemodialysis Patients

目的 研究风险管理模式护理对血液透析患者依从性及炎性因子水平影响。方法选取2019年6月-2021年6月在我院接受血液透析的60例患者,根据入院随机编号将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组实施常规护理模式,研究组实施风险管理护理模式,观察两组患者治疗依从性,炎性因子水平及血液透析并发症发生情况。结果 研究组依从行为量表4项目评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组肿瘤坏死因子、白介素-6等血清炎性因子改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组低血压等血液透析并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对血液透析患者行风险管理模式效果较好,可显著提升患者治疗依从性,改善血清炎性因子水平,降低并发症发生率。

Objective: To study the effect of risk management model nursing on compliance and inflammatory factor levels in hemodialysis patients. Methods: A total of 60 patients who received hemodialysis in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected, and were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number of admission, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was implemented with routine nursing model, while the research group was implemented with risk management nursing model. The treatment compliance, inflammatory factor levels and the occurrence of hemodialysis complications were observed in the two groups. Results: The 4-item scores of the compliance behavior scale in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the improvement of serum inflammatory factors such as tumor necrosis factor and interleukin-6 in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of hemodialysis complications such as hypotension in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The risk management model for hemodialysis patients has a good effect, which can significantly promote the patient’s compliance behavior, improve the level of serum inflammatory factors, and reduce the incidence of complications.
