细节化手术室护理在人工髋关节置换术患者中的效果

Effect of Detailed Nursing in Operating Room for Patients with Artificial Hip Arthroplasty

目的 分析细节化手术室护理对于人工髋关节置换术患者的效果。方法 选取2018年12月-2021年12月我院收治的人工髋关节置换术患者70例,根据护理形式将其分为实验组与对照组,每组各35例。对照组接受常规护理,实验组接受细节化手术室护理,对比干预效果。结果 实验组与对照组的髋关节评分,治疗前无差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,存在差异,实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组术后并发症发生率为8.57%,对照组术后并发症发生率为37.14%(P<0.05)。结论 对人工髋关节置换术患者实施细节化手术室护理,可以改善患者髋关节功能,提高治疗效果,降低并发症,从而有助于患者顺利康复。

Objective: To analyze the effect of detailed nursing in operating room for patients with artificial hip arthroplasty. Methods: A total of 70 patients with artificial hip arthroplasty who were admitted in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2021 were selected, and were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the form of nursing, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received detailed nursing in operating room to compare the intervention effect. Results: The results showed that there was no difference in the hip joint scores between the experimental group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, there were differences, the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05). The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was 8.57%, and the incidence of postoperative complications in the control group was 37.14%(P<0.05). Conclusion: Implementing detailed nursing in operating room for patients with artificial hip arthroplasty can improve the patient’s hip joint function, enhance the curative effect, reduce complications, thus helping patients recover smoothly.
