人工膝关节置换术患者术后肢体康复护理应用效果

Application Effect of Limb Rehabilitation Nursing for Patients after Artificial Knee Replacement

目的 分析人工膝关节置换术患者术后肢体康复护理应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月-2022年1月我院收治的70例人工膝关节置换术患者,以随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在上述方案基础上还需实施肢体康复护理。比较两组视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS)、护理满意度。结果 与护理前及对照组护理后对比,观察组护理后VAS评分显著降低,BBS评分显著增高(P<0.05)。与护理前及对照组护理后对比,观察组护理后行走、关节活动、屈曲畸形、稳定评分显著增高(P<0.05)。与对照组74.29%对比,观察组护理满意度94.29%显著增高(P<0.05)。结论人工膝关节置换术后患者实施肢体康复护理,可促进膝关节功能恢复,提高护理满意度,临床值得关注。

Objective: To analyze the application effect of limb rehabilitation nursing for patients after artificial knee replacement. Methods: 70 patients with knee joint replacement in our hospital were selected in a controlled study from January 2020 to January 2022, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group needed limb rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the above scheme. The visual analogue scale(VAS), Berg balance scale(BBS), knee joint score(HSS) and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:Compared with before and after nursing in the control group, the VAS score of the observation group decreased significantly, and BBS score increased significantly after nursing(P<0.05). Compared with before and after nursing in the control group, the scores of walking, joint movement, flexion deformity and stability in the observation group were significantly higher after nursing(P<0.05). Compared with 74.29% in the control group, 94.29% of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05). Conclusion:The limb rehabilitation nursing for patients after artificial knee replacement can promote the recovery of knee joint function and improve nursing satisfaction, which should be paid attention to clinically.
