家属协同康复护理对人工髋关节置换术后患者康复效果的影响

Effect of Family Collaborative Rehabilitation Nursing on the Rehabilitation Effect of Patients after Artificial Hip Replacement

目的研究家属协同康复护理对人工髋关节置换术后患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2019年5月-2021年5月在我院接受人工髋关节置换术的60例患者,根据入院随机编号将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组进行常规护理,研究组行家属协同康复护理。观察两组患者出院时、出院2月时、出院6月时遵医嘱行为,出院时、出院6月时疼痛情况和髋关节功能恢复情况。结果出院2月时、出院6月时,研究组遵医嘱行为评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);出院6月时,研究组VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);出院6月时,研究组Harris评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家属协同康复护理应用于人工髋关节置换术后效果较好,可以有效提升患者遵医嘱行为,改善其疼痛症状,从而促进其髋关节功能的恢复。

Objective:To study the effect of family cooperative rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation effect of patients after artificial hip replacement.Methods:60 patients with artificial hip replacement in our hospital from May2019 to May 2021 were selected,and were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number of admission,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received family collaborative rehabilitation nursing.The behaviors of the patients in the two groups at the time of discharge,2 months after discharge,and 6 months after discharge were observed,their pain and hip function recovery were observed at the time of discharge and 6 months after discharge.Results:At 2 months after discharge and 6 months after discharge,the behavior score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);At 6 months after discharge,the VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months,Harris score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family collaborative rehabilitation nursing is effective in nursing patients after artificial hip replacement,which can effectively improve patients’compliance behavior,improve their pain symptoms,and promote the recovery of their hip joint function.
