营养护理联合心理干预对维持性血液透析患者免疫功能和心理状态的影响

Effect of Nutritional Nursing Combined with Psychological Intervention on Immune Function and Psychological State of Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的研究营养护理联合心理干预对维持性血液透析患者免疫功能和心理状态的影响。方法选取2017年6月-2021年6月在我院接受血液透析治疗的70例患者作,根据随机数字表达法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组行常规护理联合心理干预,研究组在对照组基础上行营养护理,观察两组患者心理状态、营养指标及免疫指标。结果护理后,研究组焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)总评分显著低于对照组,且低于同组护理前(P<0.05);护理后,研究组血红蛋白、白蛋白等3项营养指标水平显著高于对照组,且高于同组护理前(P<0.05);护理后,研究组免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M等3项免疫指标水平显著高于对照组,且高于同组护理前(P<0.05)。结论对维持性血液透析患者行营养护理联合心理干预可以有效地改善患者心理状态,对营养状态及免疫功能改善也具有积极作用。

Objective:To study the effect of nutritional nursing combined with psychological intervention on the immune function and psychological state of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:A total of 70 patients with hemodialysis in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2021 were selected,and divided into a study group and a control group according to the random number expression method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing combined with psychological intervention,and the study group received nutritional nursing on the basis of the control group.The psychological state,nutritional indexes and immune indexes of the two groups were observed.Results:After nursing,the total scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and were lower than those in the same group before nursing(P<0.05);after nursing,the levels of 3 nutritional indexes including hemoglobin and albumin in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and higher than those in the same group before nursing(P<0.05);after nursing,the levels of immunoglobulin A in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The levels of 3 immune indexes such as immunoglobulin M and immunoglobulin M were significantly higher than those in the control group,and higher than those in the same group before nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nutritional nursing combined with psychological intervention on patients with maintenance hemodialysis can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,which also has a positive effect on the improvement of nutritional status and immune function.
