人工股骨头置换术治疗股骨颈骨折患者的效果

Effect of Artificial Femoral Head Replacement in the Treatment of Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

目的分析在股骨颈骨折治疗中采用人工股骨头置换术的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月-2021年12月本院收治的股骨颈骨折患者60例,采用随机数表法将其分为研究组与对照组,每组各30例,对照组采用全髋关节置换术,研究组采用人工股骨头置换术,组间比较两组患者的临床效果。结果干预后,研究组与对照组对比临床手术指标显示研究组优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);干预后,研究组与对照组对比Harris评分,研究组优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);干预后,研究组与对照组对比治疗总有效率,研究组高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);研究组与对照组对比并发症发生率数值,研究组低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);干预后,研究组与对照组对比生活质量评分,显示研究组高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在股骨颈骨折患者中利用人工股骨头置换术,可优化整体治疗效果,降低术后并发症发生率,帮助患者恢复到健康状态,在短时间内可确保行为活动方式正常,经研究结果证实可作临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:From January 2019 to December 202160 patients with femoral neck fracture were selected in our hospital,and were divided into the study group and the control group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with total hip arthroplasty and the study group was treated with artificial femoral head arthroplasty.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the comparison of clinical operation indexes between the study group and the control group showed that the study group was better than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);After the intervention,the Harris score of the study group was better than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);After the intervention,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);After the intervention,the score of life quality of the study group compared with the control group showed that the study group was significantly higher than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Artificial femoral head replacement in patients with femoral neck fracture can optimize the overall therapeutic effect,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,help patients recover to a healthy state,and ensure the normal mode of behavior and activities in a short time.The research results confirmthat it can be popularized clinically.
