综合营养护理对持续性非卧床性腹膜透析患者的临床效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nutritional Nursing on Patients with Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis

目的探究对持续性非卧床性腹膜透析患者实施综合营养护理干预措施的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月-2021年8月持续性非卧床性腹膜透析患者60例,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组常规护理干预,实验组综合营养护理干预,对两组干预的结果进行分析。结果两组持续性非卧床性腹膜透析患者干预后血转铁蛋白、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白水平均高于干预前(P<0.05);实验组干预后的血转铁蛋白、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后SGA评分高于干预前(P<0.05);实验组干预后SGA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对持续性非卧床性腹膜透析患者实施综合营养护理干预,可以有效改善其营养状态。

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of comprehensive nutritional nursing interventions for patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis.Methods:From January 2018 to August 2021,60 patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis were selected,and were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given routine nursing intervention,the experimental group was given comprehensive nutritional nursing intervention,and the results of the intervention of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The blood transferrin,hemoglobin,and serum albumin levels of the two groups of continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis after intervention were higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05);the blood transferrin,hemoglobin,and serum albumin levels of the experimental group after intervention were high in the control group(P<0.05);the SGA score of the two groups after intervention was higher than that before the intervention(P<0.05);the SGA score of the experimental group after intervention was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nutritional nursing intervention for patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis can effectively improve their nutritional status.
