终末期肾病血液透析患者疲乏水平与家庭关怀度的相关性

Correlation Between Fatigue Level and Family Care of Hemodialysis Patients with End-Stage Renal Disease

目的探讨终末期肾病(ESRD)血液透析患者疲乏水平与家庭关怀度的相关性。方法选取2019年10月至2021年6月我院收治的80例ESRD患者,所有患者均接受血液透析治疗,于治疗3个月时,使用Piper疲乏量表(PFS)评估患者疲乏水平,使用家庭关怀度指数问卷(APGAR)评估患者家庭关怀度水平;分析ESRD透析患者疲乏水平与家庭关怀度的关系。结果经评估,80例ESRD患者平均PFS评分为(4.60±1.14)分,其中行为维度(4.90±1.21)分、认知维度(4.00±0.98)分、感知维度(4.70±1.06)、情感维度(4.80±1.13)分。不同资料特征ESRD患者PFS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经评估,80例ESRD患者平均APGAR评分为(5.70±1.52)分;经一般线性双变量Pearson直线相关性检验,结果显示PFS各维度及总分与APGAR总分呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05)。结论ESRD血液透析患者疲乏水平与及家庭关怀度有关,家庭关怀度越低,患者疲乏水平越高。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between fatigue level and family care of hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD).Methods:80 ESRD patients admitted to our hospital from October 2019to June 2021 were selected and received hemodialysis treatment.At 3 months of treatment,the piper fatigue scale(PFS)was used.The family care index questionnaire(APGAR)was used to evaluate the family care level of patients;The correlation between the fatigue level and family care of ESRD dialysis patients was analyzed.Results:80 ESRD patients were evaluated and the average PFS score was(4.60±1.14)points,including behavioral dimensions(4.90±1.21)points,cognitive dimensions(4.00±0.98)points,perception dimensions(4.70±1.06),and affective dimensions(4.80±1.13)points.There was no significant difference in the PFS scores of ESRD patients with different data characteristics(P>0.05);80 ESRD patients were evaluated and the average APGAR score was(5.70±1.52)points;the results were obtained by the general linear bivariate Pearson linear correlation test.It was shown that the dimensions and total score of PFS were negatively correlated with the total score of APGAR(r<0,P<0.05).Conclusion:The fatigue level of ESRD patients with hemodialysis is related to family care.The lower the family care,the higher the fatigue level of patients.
