知信行护理模式对人工髋关节置换术患者肢体功能的改善

Improvement of Limb Function of Patients after Artificial Hip Replacement by Knowledge,Attitude and Practice Nursing Model

目的分析知信行(KAP)护理模式对人工髋关节置换术患者肢体功能的改善作用。方法以随机数表法将2019年3月-2021年2月我院收治的62例人工髋关节置换术患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各31例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施KAP护理模式。比较两组护理前后哈里斯髋关节功能评分(HHS)、日常生活活动量表(ADL)、KAP评分。结果与护理前相比,两组Harris及ADL评分均上升,且观察组评分上升幅度高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组知识、态度、行为评分呈上升趋势(P<0.05)。结论在人工髋关节置换术患者中应用KAP护理模式,可改善髋关节功能,提高患者的治疗信心,临床应用价值高。

Objective:To analyze the value of knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)nursing model in improving limb function of patients after artificial hip replacement.Methods:62 patients with artificial hip replcament in our hospital from March 2019 to February 2021 were randomly divided into observation group(n=31)and control group(n=31).The control group accepted routine nursing,and the observation group accepted KAP nursing mode based on it.Harris hip joint function score(HHS),activity of daily living scale(ADL)and KAP score were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:Compared with before nursing,Harris and ADL scores of the two groups increased,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of knowledge,attitude and behavior in the observation group showed an upward trend(P<0.05).Conclusion:KAP nursing model can enhance the function of hip joint,improve the confidence of treatment,which has high clinical value.
