护理结局分类在人工全髋关节置换术患者围手术期中的应用

Application of Nursing Outcomes Classification in Perioperative Period of Patients with Total Hip Replacement

目的探讨护理结局分类在人工全髋关节置换术患者围手术期中的应用。方法选取2018年5月-2021年5月我院收治的40例接受髋关节手术的患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上联合护理结局分类。比较两组围手术期指标(术中出血量、手术时间、术后48 h引流量),对比两组护理前后自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分、哈里斯髋关节功能评分(HHS)。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者术中出血量、术后48h引流量明显减少(P<0.05)。与护理前相比,两组患者护理后ESCA、HHS评分均上升且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理结局分类用于人工全髋关节置换术患者围手术期中,可提高患者自护能力,促进髋关节功能恢复,临床应用价值较高。

Objective:To explore the application of nursing outcomes classification in perioperative period of patients with total hip replacement.Methods:40 patients with hip joint surgery in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2021 were selected,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 20 cases in each group.Routine nursing was used in the control group,and nursing outcomes classification was added to the observation group.The perioperative indicators(intraoperative blood loss,operation time,drainage volume 48 h after operation),self-care ability scale(ESCA)score and Harris hip joint function score(HHS)before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the bleeding volume during operation and drainage volume after 48 h in the observation group showed a downward trend(P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,ESCA and HHS scores of the two groups increased after nursing,and the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing outcomes classification used in perioperative period of patients with total hip replacement can improve patients'self-care ability and promote the recovery of hip joint function,which has high clinical application value.
