浓缩生长因子对人工种植牙患者牙种植成功率及美观性的影响

Effect of Concentrated Growth Factor on the Success Rate and Aesthetics of Dental Implants in Patients with Artificial Dental Implants

目的探讨浓缩生长因子(CGF)对人工种植牙患者牙种植成功率及美观性的影响。方法以随机数表法将2020年8月-2021年9月我院收治的60例人工种植牙患者分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),对照组采用人工牙种植术,观察组在对照组基础上使用CGF。比较两组种植成功率、红色美学评分(PES)、白色美学评分(WES)。结果与对照组比较,观察组种植成功率呈上升趋势(93.34%vs 70.00%,P<0.05)。与种植7 d比较,两组种植1个月PES、WES评分上升且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CGF用于人工种植牙患者,可提高牙种植成功率,获得更好的美观性,临床应当关注。

Objective:To investigate the effect of concentrated growth factor(CGF)on the success rate and aesthetics of dental implants in patients with artificial dental implants.Methods:60 patients with artificial dental implants in our hospital from August 2020 to September 2021 were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was treated with artificial dental implants,while the observation group was treated with CGF on the basis of the control group.The success rate of planting,red aesthetic score(PES)and white aesthetic score(WES)were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the success rate of planting in the observation group showed an upward trend(93.34%vs 70.00%,P<0.05).Compared with 7 days after planting,PES and WES scores of the two groups increased one month after planting,and the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CGF can improve the success rate of dental implantation and obtain better aesthetics,which should be paid attention to clinically.
