前路小切口在股骨颈骨折髋关节置换术患者中的疗效

Effect of Anterior Small Incision in Patients witn Hip Replacement for Femoral Neck Fracture

目的分析前路小切口在股骨颈骨折髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月-2021年6月在本院接受髋关节置换术治疗的股骨颈骨折患者64例,随机将其均分为对照组和实验组,每组各32例。对照组患者采取传统后路切口进行治疗,实验组患者采取前路小切口进行治疗。对比分析两组患者手术相关指标、髋关节功能评分(Harris)以及并发症发生情况。结果实验组患者手术时间显著长于对照组,但术中出血量、切口长度以及住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05);Harris评分方面,术前组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05),术后5 d以及1月,实验组评分均显著高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在股骨颈骨折髋关节置换术患者中应用前路小切口治疗,可显著减少手术创伤、缩短患者术后康复时间、改善髋关节功能,并且并发症发生率较低。

Objective:To analyze the effect of anterior small incision in patients with hip replacement for femoral neck fracture.Methods:64 patients with femoral neck fracture who received hip replacement in our hospital were selected for the study from January 2020 to June 2021(deletion period),and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 32 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional posterior incision,and patients in the experimental group were treated with anterior small incision.Surgical indicators,hip function score(Harris)and complications were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:The operation time of the experimental group was significantly longer than that of the control group,but the intraoperative blood loss,incision length and hospital stay were significantly shorter than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of Harris score,there was no significant difference between the groups before surgery(P>0.05),and the score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 5 days and 1 month after surgery(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of anterior small incision in patients with hip replacement for femoral neck fracture can significantly reduce surgical trauma,shorten postoperative recovery time,improve hip function,and have a low incidence of complications.
