X线辅助导管定位在降低腹膜透析相关并发症中的作用

Role of X-Ray Assisted Catheter Positioning in Reducing Related Peritoneal Dialysis Complications

目的分析X线辅助导管定位在降低腹膜透析相关并发症中的作用。方法选取2019年10月-2021年10月在本院进行腹膜透析置管患者122例,随机将其均分为对照组和实验组,每组各61例。对照组进行临床常规置管,实验组在X线辅助下进行置管。对比治疗前后两组患者肾功能相关指标以透析期间并发症发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者肾功能相关指标比较差异不具备统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1月后,两组患者BUN水平显著降低,CHE、Ccr水平显著提高,差异显著(P<0.05),但组间比较差异不具统计学意义(P>0.05);并发症发生率方面,实验组显著低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论应用X线辅助腹膜透析患者进行导管置入,在不影响透析效果的同时可显著降低相关并发症发生率,对于保障患者生命安全具有重要意义。

Objective:To analyze the role of X-ray catheter positioning in reducing related peritoneal dialysis complications.Methods:A total of 122 patients which were included from October 2019 to October 2021,undergoing peritoneal dialysis catheterization in our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 61 cases in each group.The control group received clinical routine catheterization,and the experimental group received catheterization assisted by X-ray.The renal function related indicators and the incidence of complications during dialysis were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in renal function related indicators between 2 groups(P>0.05);After 1 month of treatment,BUN level was significantly decreased,CHE and Ccr levels were significantly increased,the difference was significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05);The incidence of complications in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of X-ray assisted catheter implantation in peritoneal dialysis patients can significantly reduce the incidence of related complications without affecting the dialysis effect,which is of great significance to ensure the life safety of patients.
