血液透析对慢性肾脏病肥胖女性患者内分泌相关指标的影响

Effect of Hemodialysis on Endocrine Related Indexes of Obese Female Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease

摘要 目的探讨血液透析对慢性肾脏病肥胖女性患者内分泌相关指标的影响。方法选取2017年1月到2021年9月我院收治的慢性肾脏病肥胖女性患者81例,根据随机数表法将其分成观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=39)。给予对照组常规治疗,观察组在上述基础上还需实施血液透析。比较两组护理前后尿素氮(BUN)、肾小球滤过率(GFR)、肾血浆流量(RFP)、胆固醇(TC)、身体质量指数(BMI)、腰围、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)。结果与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后BUN、GFR、RPF水平显著降低(P<0.05)。与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后TC、腰围、BMI水平显著降低(P<0.05)。与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后FSH、LH水平显著增高,T水平显著降低(P<0.05)。结论血液透析治疗慢性肾脏病肥胖女性患者,可改善肾功能及肥胖情况,纠正内分泌指标,值得临床重视。 Objective:To explore the effect of hemodialysis on endocrine related indexes of obese female patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods:81 obese female patients with chronic kidney disease admitted to our hospital for a controlled study were collected from January 2017 to September 2021,which were divided into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=39)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group also needed hemodialysis.The urea nitrogen(BUN),glomerular filtration rate(GFR),renal plasma flow(RFP),cholesterol(TC),body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T)and luteinizing hormone(LH)were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:Compared with before and after treatment in the control group,the levels of BUN,GFR and RPF in the observation group decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with before and after treatment in the control group,the levels of TC,waist circumference and BMI in the observation group decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment and after treatment in the control group,the levels of FSH and LH in the observation group increased significantly,while the level of T decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemodialysis for obese female patients with chronic kidney disease can improve renal function and obesity,and correct endocrine indexes,which is worthy of clinical attention.
