基于个性化多媒体技术指导的居家护理在留置静脉导管血液透析患者中的应用

Application of Home Care Based on Personalized Multimedia Technical Guidance in Intravenous Catheter Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨基于个性化多媒体技术指导的居家护理在留置静脉导管血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月-2021年2月我院收取的86例留置静脉导管血液透析患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各43例。对照组给予常规指导方法指导居家护理,观察组采用基于个性化多媒体技术指导的居家护理,持续3个月。对比两组自我护理能力、导管相关并发症的发生率。结果观察组干预后自我护理能力各领域评分均高于对照组,干预期间导管相关并发症的发生率为6.98%,低于对照组的23.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于个性化多媒体技术指导的居家护理能够提高留置静脉导管血液透析患者居家自我护理能力,从而有效减少导管相关并发症的发生。

Objective This paper aims to explore the application effect of home care based on personalized multimedia technology guidance in patients with intravenous catheter hemodialysis.Methods 86 intravenous catheter hemodialysis patients who were treated in our hospital from July 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional guidance methods to guide home care,and the observation group was given home care based on personalized multimedia technical guidance for 3 months.The self-care ability and the incidence of catheter-related complications were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of self-care ability in the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The incidence of catheter-related complications during the intervention was 6.98%,which was lower than 23.26%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Home care based on personalized multimedia technical guidance can improve home self-care ability of intravenous catheter hemodialysis patients,and effectively reduce the occurrence of catheter-related complications.
