妊娠合并肾功能不全患者血液透析的护理

Nursing of Hemodialysis Patients with Pregnancy Complicated with Renal Insufficiency

目的探讨对接受血液透析治疗的妊娠合并肾功能不全患者行有效的临床护理干预方法及效果。方法选取2017年1月-2019年12月本地区接受血液透析的妊娠合并肾功能不全患者4例,对照组为常规护理,观察组运用综合护理干预,比较患者的护理满意度、负性情绪的改善情况以及并发症发生率等。结果两组均未发生围生儿死亡,观察组产后出血、低钙血症的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度平均得分(98.29±1.13)分明显高于对照组的(89.79±1.02)分(P<0.05);两组患者护理前SAS、SDS评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),护理后观察组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠合并肾功能不全者在其血液透析期间运用综合护理有利于维护母婴的健康安全,并缓解患者的负性情绪,且有利于提升护理满意度。

Objective This paper aims to explore the effective clinical nursing intervention methods and effects of pregnancy complicated with renal insufficiency treated by hemodialysis.Methods From January 2017 to December 2019,four pregnant patients with renal insufficiency undergoing hemodialysis in this area were selected.The control group was routine nursing,and the observation group used comprehensive nursing intervention to compare the patients’nursing satisfaction,improvement of negative emotion and complication rate.Results There was no perinatal death in both groups.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and hypocalcemia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The average score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group(98.29±1.13)was significantly higher than that in the control group(89.79±1.02)(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of comprehensive nursing in patients with pregnancy complicated with renal insufficiency during hemodialysis is conducive to maintaining the health and safety of mothers and infants,alleviating the negative emotions of patients,and improving nursing satisfaction.
