Geistlich Bio-Gide胶原膜与海奥口腔修复膜用于即刻种植牙对牙槽骨修复的影响

Effect of Geistlich Bio-Gide Collagen Membrane and Hai’ao Oral Restoration Membrane on Alveolar Bone Repair for Immediate Dental Implants

目的探讨Geistlich Bio-Gide胶原膜与海奥口腔修复膜用于即刻种植牙对牙槽骨修复的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2020年12月在我院进行牙种植的84例患者(患牙104颗),按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各42例(患牙均为52颗),对照组给予海奥口腔修复膜,观察组采用Geistlich Bio-Gide进行修复。比较两组患者牙种植修复后修复成功率;观察两组患者植骨厚度、成骨厚度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组修复成功率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组植骨厚度、成骨厚度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组并发症的发生率较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用Geistlich Bio-Gide胶原膜治疗能够促进即刻种植牙的牙槽骨修复,减少并发症的发生率。

Objective This paper aims to investigate the effect of Geistlich Bio-Gide collagen membrane and Hai’ao oral restoration membrane on alveolar bone repair for immediate dental implants.Methods A total of 84 patients(104 teeth)who underwent dental implantation in the hospital were selected between January 2019 and December 2020.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 42 cases(52 affected teeth)in each group.The control group was given Hai’ao oral restoration membrane,and the observation group was repaired with Geistlich Bio-Gide.The success rate of dental implant repair was compared between the two groups.The thickness of bone graft,osteogenesis thickness and occurrence of complications in the two groups were observed.Results The repair success rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The bone graft thickness and osteogenesis thickness in observation group were significantly thicker than those in control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the incidence of complications was lower in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Geistlich Bio-Gide collagen membrane can promote the alveolar bone repair for immediate dental implants and reduce the incidence of complications.
