右美托咪定在人工膝关节置换术患者中的麻醉效果及对短期睡眠的影响

Anesthetic Effect of Dexmedetomidine in Artificial Knee Replacement and Its Effect on Short-term Sleep

目的探讨右美托咪定在人工膝关节置换术患者中的麻醉效果及对短期睡眠的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年2月在本院行人工膝关节置换术治疗的87例患者,根据术中所用药物的不同进行分组,对照组42例予以氯化钠溶液,观察组45例予以右美托咪定。将两组的麻醉效果、短期睡眠情况、疼痛评分进行比对。结果观察组患者麻醉后15 min、手术开始30 min、术毕、术后1 h的Ramesay评分均高于对照组,术后1 h的PSQI评分和VAS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在人工膝关节置换术中应用右美托咪定的麻醉效果显著,可减轻其对短期睡眠状况的影响。

Objective This paper aims to explore the anesthetic effect of dexmedetomidine in artificial knee replacement and its effect on short-term sleep.Methods 87 patients who underwent artificial knee replacement in our hospital from January2019 to February 2021,were selected and grouped according to different drugs used during the operation.42 patients in the control group were treated with chlorination sodium solution,45 patients in the observation group were given dexmedetomidine.The anesthesia effect,short-term sleep conditions,and pain scores of the two groups were compared.Results The Ramesay scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 15 min after anesthesia,30 min from the beginning of the operation,after the operation,and 1 h after the operation.The PSQI and VAS scores at 1 h after the operation were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dexmedetomidine in artificial knee replacement has a significant anesthesia effect,which can reduce the impact on short-term sleep conditions.
