下腔静脉滤器植入术联合人工溶栓抗凝治疗下肢深静脉血栓的临床护理干预

Clinical Nursing Intervention of Inferior Vena Cava Filter Implantation Combined with Artificial Thrombolysis and Anticoagulation in the Treatment of Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis

目的探讨临床护理干预在下腔静脉滤器植入手术与溶栓抗凝配合治疗后,对下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月住院的100例下肢深静脉血栓患者,随机将其分成对照组和干预组,分别给予常规护理和护理干预模式,比较两组患者的生活质量。结果护理后两组患者均显示生活质量较术前更佳,且干预组患者优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预下肢深静脉血栓患者可显著改善疗效。

Objective This paper aims to explore the effect of clinical nursing intervention on lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after inferior vena cava filter implantation combined with thrombolysis and anticoagulation.Methods 100 patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,and were given routine nursing and nursing intervention mode respectively.The quality of life of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,both groups showed better quality of life than before operation,and the patients in the intervention group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention in patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis can significantly improve the curative effect.
