持续质量改进对人工髋关节置换术后压疮形成的预防作用

Preventive Effect of Continuous Quality Improvement on Pressure Sore after Total Hip Arthroplasty

目的探索高质量改进患者行人工髋关节置换术后形成压疮的预防护理措施。方法采用病例对照研究,以2020-2021年在本院行人工髋关节置换术的患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规护理模式,实验组采用持续质量改进护理模式。比较两组患者术后压疮的发生情况。结果实验组患者术后压疮发病率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进护理模式能够有效地减少人工髋关节置换术后压疮的发生,值得临床推广。

Objective This paper aims to explore the prevention and nursing measures of pressure sore after total hip arthroplasty.Methods According to the case-control study,100 patients with total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from 2020 to2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing mode,and the experimental group used continuous quality improvement nursing mode.The incidence of postoperative pressure sore was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of pressure sore in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous quality improvement nursing mode can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure sore after total hip arthroplasty,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
