老年糖尿病患者合并冠状动脉人工支架植入状态的护理干预

Nursing Intervention of Elderly Patients with Diabetes Combined with Artificial Coronary Artery Stent Implantation

目的探讨老年糖尿病患者合并冠状动脉人工支架植入状态的护理干预模式。方法选取2019年1月-2021年6月于本院就诊的老年糖尿病合并冠状动脉人工支架植入状态患者40例作为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组使用常规护理,干预组在对照组护理基础上进行综合干预护理,对比两组患者护理后的血糖水平和护理满意度。结果护理后干预组空腹血糖较对照组下降明显,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合干预护理对合并冠状动脉人工支架植入状态的老年糖尿病患者具有一定的临床应用价值,值得推广。

Objective This paper aims to explore the nursing intervention of elderly patients with diabetes combined with artificial coronary artery stent implantation.Methods 40 elderly diabetic patients with artificial coronary artery stent implantation in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The control group received routine nursing,while the intervention group received comprehensive intervention nursing on the basis of the control group nursing.The blood sugar level and nursing satisfaction of the two groups after nursing were compared.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive intervention nursing has certain clinical value in the elderly patients with coronary artery stent implantation,which is worthy of promotion.
