全程跟踪护理在维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Whole-course Follow-up Nursing in Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的探讨全程跟踪护理在维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果及对并发症发生率的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月我院78例维持性血液透析病例样本,以随机数字表法将观察对象分为对照组(n=39)、研究组(n=39),分别施以常规护理和全程跟踪护理,比较护理结果。结果研究组并发症的发生率(17.95%)较对照组(41.03%)更低,生活质量各项维度评分较对照组更高,满意度(97.44%)较对照组(82.05%)更高(P<0.05)。结论对维持性血液透析患者,在临床护理工作中配合全程跟踪护理干预,对降低并发症的发生率、提高生活质量及护理满意度等方面均具有积极作用。

Objective This paper aims to analyze the application effect of the whole-course follow-up nursing in patients with maintenance hemodialysis and its influence on the incidence of complications.Methods From June 2018 to June 2020,78 patients with maintenance hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=39)and a study group(n=39),with routine nursing and the whole-course follow-up nursing,and the nursing results were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the study group was 17.95%,which was lower than 41.03%in the control group,the score of each dimension on quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the satisfaction of 97.44%in the study group was higher than that of 82.05%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For maintenance hemodialysis patients,whole-course follow-up nursing intervention has a positive role in reducing the incidence of complications,improving the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
