手术室精细化护理在人工股骨头置换术患者的应用

Application of Refined Nursing in Operating Room on Patients with Artificial Femoral Head Replacement

目的探讨手术室精细化护理在人工股骨头置换术患者的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2020年3月我院收治的72例行人工股骨头置换术为研究对象,按收治时间将其划分为研究组(n=36)和对照组(n=36),对照组行常规护理,研究组行手术室精细化护理,比较分析两组患者的护理前后生理指标、心理指标及护理满意度。结果护理后研究组的心率、肌肉紧张中重度占比、VAS、SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室精细化护理有助于改善人工股骨头置换术患者生理及心理应激反应,确保手术顺利完成,患者满意度显著提高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective This paper aims to explore the value of refined nursing in operating room on patients undergoing artificial femoral head replacement.Methods 72 artificial femoral head replacements admitted in our hospital between January 2018 and March 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the time of admission,they were divided into a study group(n=36)and a control group(n=36).The group received routine nursing,and the research group received refined nursing in the operating room.The physiological indexes,psychological indexes and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after nursing were compared and analyzed.Results After nursing,the heart rate,moderate to severe proportion of muscle tension,VAS,SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The refined nursing in operating room is helpful to improve the physical and psychological stress reaction of patients with artificial femoral head replacement,ensure the successful completion of surgery,and significantly improve the patients satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
