老年人工髋关节置换术围手术期麻醉护理分析

Analysis of Anesthesia Nursing in the Perioperative Period of Elderly Patients with Artificial Hip Replacement

目的探讨老年人工髋关节置换术围手术期麻醉护理的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月我院老年人工髋关节置换术患者98例,按入院时间将其分为试验组(n=49)和对照组(n=49),对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用个体化麻醉护理。比较两组住院时间、麻醉苏醒时间、麻醉恢复室滞留时间、干预前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)疼痛评分。结果干预后,试验组VAS疼痛评分较对照组低(P<0.05);试验组住院时间、麻醉苏醒时间、麻醉恢复室滞留时间较对照组短(P<0.05)。结论老年人工髋关节置换术围手术期实施麻醉护理可减轻机体疼痛,缩短麻醉苏醒及恢复室滞留时间,从而加快患者的康复。

Objective This paper aims to analyze the nursing effect of perioperative anesthesia in elderly hip arthroplasty.Methods 98 elderly patients with artificial hip replacement in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into an experimental group(n=49)and a control group(n=49)according to the admission time.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given individualized anesthesia nursing.The hospitalization time,anesthesia recovery time,anesthesia recovery room residence time,and visual analogue scale(VAS)pain score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,VAS pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The hospitalization time,anesthesia recovery time and anesthesia recovery room retention time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative anesthesia nursing in elderly patients with artificial hip replacement can reduce the body pain,shorten the anesthesia recovery and recovery room retention time,thus accelerating the recovery process of patients.
