加速康复外科理念在全髋关节置换术患者中的应用

Application on the Concept of Enhanced Recovery after Surgery in Patients Undergoing Total Hip Arthroplasty

全髋关节置换术是临床治疗股骨颈骨折等多种疾病的一种重要手术方式,它可减轻患者关节功能障碍,解除活动受限,促进日常活动能力早日恢复。但手术创伤可引起机体强烈的应激反应,加之患者焦虑、恐惧等情绪影响,严重延迟了术后康复。加速康复外科(ERAS)理念近年来应用广泛,其通过全面优化围术期措施,促进机体快速康复。因此,本文就ERAS理念在全髋关节置换术中的应用进展进行综述。

Total hip arthroplasty is an important surgical method for the treatment of femoral neck fracture and other disease,which can reduce the joint dysfunction,relieve the limitation of activities,and promote the recovery of daily activities as soon as possible.However,surgical trauma can cause a strong stress reaction in the body,coupled with anxiety,fear and other emotional influence of patients,which can seriously delay the postoperative recovery.The concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)has been widely used in recent years,which can promote the rapid recovery of the body by comprehensively optimizing the perioperative measures.Therefore,this article reviews the application progress of ERAS concept in total hip arthroplasty.
