加速康复外科理念对人工膝关节置换术患者膝关节功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of Enhanced Recocery after Surgery on Knee Joint Function and Quality of Life of Patients Undergoing Artificial Knee Arthroplasty

目的探讨加速康复外科(ERAS)理念对人工膝关节置换术(TKA)患者膝关节功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年8月至2020年9月我院收治的TKA患者162例,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各81例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予ERAS护理。比较两组膝关节功能、生活质量及并发症。结果观察组HSS膝关节评分、生活质量评价量表评分均高于对照组,并发症发生率(4.94%)低于对照组(16.05%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ERAS能够改善TKA患者膝关节功能,提高生活质量,减少并发症,促进术后恢复。

Objective This paper aims to explore the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)on knee joint function and quality of life in patients with artificial knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods A total of 162 TKA patients admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to September 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 81 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given ERAS care.The knee joint function,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The HSS knee joint score and the SF-36 score of the quality of life evaluation scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The complication rate was 4.94%,which was lower than 16.05%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS can improve knee joint function in patients with TKA,improve the quality of life,reduce complications,and promote postoperative recovery.
