耳穴埋豆联合穴位点按在血液透析便秘患者中的应用

Application of Acupoint Embedding Combined with Acupoint Pressing in Hemodialysis Patients with Constipation

目的探讨耳穴埋豆联合穴位点按在血液透析便秘患者中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月我院收治的血液透析便秘患者68例,依据随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各34例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组加用耳穴埋豆联合穴位点按。对比两组便秘情况及生活质量。结果观察组干预后排便时间短于对照组,排便次数多于对照组,生理领域、心理领域、社会领域、环境领域评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴埋豆联合穴位点按能够减轻血液透析便秘患者便秘症状,从而提高其生活质量。

Objective This paper aims to explore the application value of auricular acupoint embedding combined with acupoint pressing in hemodialysis patients with constipation.Methods 68 hemodialysis constipation patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group used ear acupuncture points combined with acupoint pressing.The constipation situation and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group’s defecation time after the intervention was shorter than that of the control group,and the number of defecations was more than that of the control group.The scores in the physiological,psychological,social,and environmental fields were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint embedding combined with acupoint pressing can alleviate the symptom of constipation,thus improving the quality of life in patients with hemodialysis constipation.
