重组人促红素联合蔗糖铁治疗尿毒症贫血患者的疗效及对氧化应激反应的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Recombinant Human Erythropoietin Combined with Iron Sucrose in the Treatment of Patients with Uremic Anemia and its Influence on Oxidative Stress Response

摘要 目的探讨重组人促红素联合蔗糖铁治疗尿毒症贫血患者的临床疗效及对氧化应激反应的影响。方法选取83例尿毒症贫血患者为研究对象,采用随机分组法将其分为对照组41例和观察组42例。对照组使用重组人促红素进行治疗,观察组则在其基础上联合蔗糖铁进行治疗。结果治疗2周后,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组LPO、SOD较治疗前均有显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于同一时间对照组(P<0.05)。结论重组人促红素联合蔗糖铁治疗尿毒症贫血患者具有较高疗效,可提高患者体内的红细胞数量,减少氧化应激反应的发生,且药物安全性较高,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective This paper aims to observe the clinical efficacy of recombinant human erythropoietin combined with iron sucrose in the treatment of patients with uremic anemia and its influence on oxidative stress response.Methods 83 patients with uremic anemia were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group(41 cases)and the observation group(42 cases)according to the block randomized grouping method.The control group was treated with recombinant human erythropoietin,and the observation group was combined with iron sucrose on its basis.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of LPO and SOD of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of control group at the same time point(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human erythropoietin combined with iron sucrose has high efficacy in the treatment of patients with uremic anemia.It can increase the number of red blood cells in the body and reduce the occurrence of oxidative stress response,with high drug safety and high clinical application value.
