连续性血液净化在ICU重症脓毒血症治疗中的应用

Effect of Continuous Blood Purification in the Treatment of Patients with Severe Sepsis in ICU

目的探讨连续性血液净化(CBP)在ICU重症脓毒血症治疗中的应用及护理干预效果。方法选取2018年5月至2020年5月我院行CBP治疗的ICU重症脓毒血症患者60例,按照随机数字表法,将其分为观察组(综合护理干预)与对照组(常规护理),每组各30例。比较两组患者护理前后各临床指标、并发症发生情况,问卷调查患者满意度。结果两组患者氧合指标、血尿素氮(BUN)及APACHE-II评分护理前差异无统计学意义,护理后观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率为6.7%,低于对照组的26.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度为96.7%,高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用于行CBP治疗的ICU重症脓毒血症患者,在改善患者临床指标、降低并发症发生率方面效果显著,患者满意度高,值得推广应用。

Objective This paper aims to explore the nursing intervention effect of continuous blood purification(CBP)in the treatment of severe sepsis in ICU.Methods 60 ICU patients with severe sepsis who received CBP treatment from May 2018 to May 2020 in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to a random number table method,they were divided into an observation group(comprehensive nursing intervention)and a control group(routine nursing),with 30 cases in each group.Clinical indicators and complications were compared between the two groups before and after nursing care.Patient satisfaction was investigated by questionnaire.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in oxygenation index,blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and APACHE-II score between the two groups.After nursing,the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was6.7%,which was lower than 26.7%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.7%,higher than that of the control group(73.3%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention applied to ICU patients with severe sepsis treated by CBP has outstanding effects in improving the clinical indicators of patients and reducing the incidence of complications,and the satisfaction of patients is high,so it can be promoted.
