疼痛护理对人工髋关节置换术后患者功能锻炼依从性的影响

Effect of Pain Nursing on the Compliance of Functional Exercise in Patients after Total Hip Arthroplasty

目的探讨疼痛护理对人工髋关节置换术后患者功能锻炼依从性影响。方法选取2020年1月至2020年12月我院收治的人工髋关节置换术患者60例,红篮球随机分为对照组(n=30)及实验组(n=30),对照组开展常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上增加疼痛护理,比较其功能锻炼依从性及术后各时间点疼痛程度。结果实验组功能锻炼依从性较对照组显著提升(P<0.05);实验组各时间点视觉模拟评分(VAS)均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人工髋关节置换术后采用疼痛护理进行干预了明显改善疼痛感,提升患者的锻炼依从性。

Objective This paper aims to explore the effect of pain nursing on the compliance of functional exercise in patients after total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods 60 patients with artificial hip arthroplasty admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30).The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was added with pain nursing based on the control group.The compliance of functional exercise and the degree of pain at each time point after operation were compared.Results The compliance of functional exercise in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the visual analogue scale(VAS)at each time point in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pain nursing after total hip arthroplasty can significantly reduce the pain and improve the exercise compliance of patients.
