数字化塑性钛网修补颅骨缺损患者的围术期护理干预效果 被引量:1

Effect of Perioperative Nursing Intervention in Patients with Cranial Defect Repaired with Digital Plastic Titanium Mesh

摘要 目的探讨对使用数字化塑性钛网行颅骨缺损修补的患者给予围手术期护理干预的临床成效。方法选取2018年2月至2020年10月在我院行数字化塑性钛网修补颅骨缺损的患者86例,采用随机数字表法将其进行分组。对照组43例:常规护理;观察组43例:在对照组的基础上给予围手术期护理。术后跟踪随访至6个月,比较两组护理效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的临床疗效更好,且因修补材料脱位或并发症再次手术的情况明显降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组患者术后并发症的发生率显著降低(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总体护理满意度(95.35%)显著高于对照组(67.44%)(P<0.05)。结论对使用数字化塑性钛网行颅骨缺损修补的患者实施围手术期护理,可有效地改善患者的临床疗效,降低术后并发症的发生率,并提高患者的护理满意度。 Objective This paper aims to explore the clinical effect of perioperative nursing intervention for patients with cranial defect repair using digital plastic titanium mesh.Methods 86 patients who underwent digital plastic titanium mesh repair of skull defects in our hospital from February 2018 to October 2020 were divided into two groups according to a random number table method.43 cases in the control group received routine nursing measures,and 43 cases in the observation group were given perioperative nursing based on the control group.The patients were followed up for 6 months,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better,and the incidence of reoperation due to repair material dislocation or complications was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of the observation group(95.35%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(67.44%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing for patients with cranial defect repair using digital plastic titanium mesh can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
