饮食护理及健康指导干预在糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者中的应用 被引量:11

Effect of Dietary Nursing and Health Guidance Intervention on Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis in Diabetic Nephropathy

摘要 目的探讨饮食护理及健康指导干预对糖尿病肾病(DN)维持性血液透析患者营养指标和治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2020年10月我院收治的DN行维持性血液透析的患者72例,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各36例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取饮食护理+健康指导干预。比较两组营养状况及治疗依从性。结果观察组干预后血浆白蛋白、前白蛋白水平、治疗依从性评分均高于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论饮食护理及健康指导干预能有效改善DN维持性血液透析患者的营养状况,提高治疗依从性。 Objective This paper aims to explore the effect of diet nursing and health guidance on nutritional index and treatment compliance of maintenance hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods From May 2019 to October 2020,72 patients with DN hemodialysis were selected,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,36 cases in each group.The control group took routine care,the observation group took diet nursing health guidance intervention.The nutritional status and therapeutic compliance of the two groups was compared.Results Plasma albumin,prealbumin levels and therapeutic compliance scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Dietary nursing and health guidance can effectively improve the nutritional status of DN maintenance hemodialysis patients,and improve treatment compliance.
