综合性护理对维持性血液透析合并膀胱癌患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on the Psychological Status and Life Quality in Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis Combined with Bladder Cancer

目的探讨综合性护理对维持性血液透析合并膀胱癌患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年6月我院维持性血液透析合并膀胱癌患者68例,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各34例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组采取综合性护理,比较两组干预前及干预后的心理状态和生活质量。结果干预前,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组HAMA评分(14.25±2.48)分、HAMD评分(13.49±2.07)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组总体健康(79.34±5.28)分、心理健康(80.58±6.23)分、生理职能(73.28±5.87)分、躯体疼痛(70.17±5.68)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理可有效改善维持性血液透析合并膀胱癌患者的心理状态,并提高其生活质量。

Objective This paper aims to explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on the psychological status and life quality in patients with maintenance hemodialysis combined wiht bladder cancer.Methods 68 patients with maintenance hemodialysis combined with bladder cancer in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,scores of hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and brief health survey table(SF-36)in the two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,HAMA and HAMD care in the observation group were(14.25±2.48)points,(13.49±2.07)points,lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention,the observation group’s overall health(79.34±5.28)points,mental health(80.58±6.23)points,physiological function(73.28±5.87)points,and physical pain(70.17±5.68)points were higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the psychological status of patients with maintenance hemodialysis combined with bladder cancer,and improve the quality of life.
