精细化护理对持续床边血液滤过患者治疗依从性及舒适度的影响

The Effect of Refined Nursing Care on the Treatment Compliance and Comfort of Patients with Continuous Bedside Hemofiltration

目的探讨精细化护理对持续床边血液滤过患者治疗依从性及舒适度的影响。方法选取2018年11月-2020年11月于我院进行持续床边血液滤过的患者60例,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用精细化护理。对比两组治疗依从性、舒适度、心理状态。结果观察组治疗依从性97.67%,高于对照组的73.33%;观察组干预7 d后生理、心理、精神、社会文化和环境评分为(15.32±1.08)分、(27.72±2.54)分、(26.01±0.60)分、(27.49±2.43)分,高于对照组的(12.52±1.64)分、(23.13±2.01)分、(24.37±1.54)分、(22.57±2.71)分;观察组干预7 d后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分为(35.69±5.15)分、(36.92±6.14)分,低于对照组的(42.97±6.85)分、(44.07±7.44)分,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理可有效改善持续床边血液滤过患者的治疗依从性,减轻负面情绪,从而提升患者的身心舒适度。

Objective This paper aims to explore the effect of refined nursing care on the treatment compliance and comfort of patients with continuous bedside hemofiltration.Methods A total of 60 patients with continuous bedside hemofiltration performed in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given refined care.The treatment compliance,comfort,and psychological status of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group.The physical,psychological,spiritual,social,cultural and environmental scores of the observation group were(15.32±1.08)points,(27.72±2.54)points,(26.01±0.60)points after 7 days of intervention,(27.49±2.43)points,higher than the control group’s(12.52±1.64)points,(23.13±2.01)points,(24.37±1.54)points,(22.57±2.71)points;observation group intervention 7 days later.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were(35.69±5.15)and(36.92±6.14)points,which were lower than the control group’s(42.97±6.85)and(44.07±7.44)points,and there are statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing care can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients with continuous bedside hemofiltration,reduce negative emotions,and thus improving the patients’physical and mental comfort.
