快速康复外科理念护理对全髋关节置换术患者术后DVT形成的影响

The Influence on Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Concept Nursing on the Formation of DVT for the Patients after Total Hip Replacement

目的探讨快速康复外科理念(FTS)护理对全髋关节置换(THA)患者术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的影响。方法选取2018年9月-2020年9月于我院行THA治疗的72例患者,按随机数字表法将其分为两组。对照组(36例)采取常规护理,观察组(36例)实施FTS护理。比较两组干预前和术后2个月Harris髋关节评分,统计并比较其并发症发生情况。结果观察组Harris髋关节中功能(43.25±1.27)分、疼痛(35.69±3.32)分、活动度(3.86±0.28)分、畸形(3.22±0.23)分,均高于对照组的(39.52±3.16)分、(30.06±3.17)分、(3.05±0.26)分、(2.80±0.21)分,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为5.56%,低于对照组的22.22%,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论FTS护理能够加快全髋关节置换患者康复进程,促进患者髋关节功能康复,降低术后DVT的形成。

Objective This paper aims to explore the influence of rapid rehabilitation surgical concept(FTS)nursing on the formation of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)of lower limbs for the patients after total hip replacement(THA).Methods 72 patients who underwent THA treatment in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to a random number table.The control group(36 cases)received routine care,and the observation group(36 cases)received FTS care.The Harris hip scores before and 2 months after the intervention were compared between the two groups,and the complications were counted and compared.Results The Harris hip in the observation group had a score of(43.25±1.27),pain(35.69±3.32),range of motion(3.86±0.28),and deformity(3.22±0.23),which were all higher than those of the control group(39.52±3.16).Points,(30.06±3.17)points,(3.05±0.26)points,(2.80±0.21)points,there is a statistical difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.56%,which was lower than 22.22%in the control group,which was statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion FTS nursing can speed up the rehabilitation process of patients with total hip replacement,promote the rehabilitation of patients’hip joint function,and reduce the formation of postoperative DVT.
