协同护理模式在糖尿病肾病血液透析患者中的应用价值

The Value of Collaborative Nursing Model in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy Undergoing Hemodialysis

目的探讨协同护理模式应用于糖尿病肾病血液透析患者中的价值。方法选取2018年1月-2020年1月我院收治的糖尿病肾病血液透析患者60例作为本次研究对象。以计算机程序生成随机数分配方式将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各30例,对照组实施常规护理服务,研究组在此基础上开展协同护理。比较两组患者干预后自我护理能力、生活质量、护理满意度及并发症情况。结果研究组患者自我护理能力、生活质量、满意度评分高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,代谢指标变化情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论开展协同护理可有效提升糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的自我护理能力、生活质量和满意度,并减少并发症的发生。

Objective This paperaims to explore the value of collaborative nursing model in patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing hemodialysis.Methods 60 cases of diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis patients from January 2018 to January 2020 in our hospital were selected as the research object.The patients were divided into control group and study group by random number distribution method generated by computer program.Each group had 30 patients.The control group received routine nursing service,and the study group carried out collaborative nursing on this basis.The self-care ability,quality of life,nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The self-care ability,quality of life,satisfaction score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,The change of metabolic indexes was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion collaborative nursing can effectively improve the self-care ability,quality of life,satisfaction of patients with diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis,and reduce the incidence of complications.
