连续性血液净化在重症监护室的应用

Research Progress on Continuous Blood Purification in Intensive Care Unit

重症监护室是院内重要科室之一,承担着抢救危重症患者的重任,与各个科室具有密切关系的联系。重症监护室患者具有病情复杂、发展迅速及病情重、预后差等临床特点,在整个护理过程中也存在着诸多的安全隐患,加上重症监护室的特殊性,配备的仪器相对比较多,每种仪器的操作方式也存在着差异。连续性血液净化操作,在重症的监护室中具有较为广泛的应用。连续性的血液净化操作可以对患者的内环境进行较为精细的调节,促使患者多器官的功能可以激发出,提升其治疗效果,保障预后。重症监护室内的护理管理工作人员需要意识到护理工作的关键性,需要对操作进行实时的护理与监控,保障治疗的效果。基于此,本文对连续性血液净化在重症监护室的应用研究进展予以综述。

The intensive care unit is one of the important departments in the hospital,which bears the heavy responsibility of rescuing critically ill patients,and has a close relationship with various departments.Patients in intensive care unit have the clinical characteristics of complex illness,rapid development,severe illness and poor prognosis,and there are many potential safety hazards in the whole nursing process.In addition,due to the particularity of intensive care unit,there are relatively many instruments equipped,and the operation modes of each instrument are also different.Continuous blood purification is widely used in intensive care unit.Continuous blood purification operation can finely adjust the internal environment of patients,which can stimulate the functions of multiple organs of patients,improve the treatment effect and guarantee the prognosis.Nursing management staff in intensive care unit need to be aware of the key of nursing work,and need to carry out real-time nursing and monitoring on operation to ensure the treatment effect.Therefore,this paper will mainly study the application progress of continuous blood purification in intensive care unit.
