超声乳化人工晶体植入与房角分离术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的疗效

Efficacy of Phacoemulsification and Angle Separation in the Treatment of Angle-closure Glaucoma with Cataract

目的探讨超声乳化人工晶体植入与房角分离术在闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者中的应用效果。方法选择2015年2月至2020年5月我院收治的闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者60例,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各30例。两组均行超声乳化人工晶状体植入术,对照组在此基础上联合小梁切除术;观察组联合房角分离术,对比两组视力、前房深度、眼压水平及并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后视力水平高于对照组,前房深度优于对照组,眼压水平低于对照组;观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对临床收治的闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者,采取超声乳化人工晶体植入联合房角分离术进行治疗,能够有效提升其视力水平,还可开放房角,控制术后眼压,从而减少术后并发症的发生。

Objective This paper aims to investigate the effect of phacoemulsification and angle separation in patients with angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract.Methods From February 2015 to May 2020,60 patients with angle-closure glaucoma with cataract were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,30 cases each group.Both groups underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.The control group was treated with trabeculectomy,observation group combined with angle separation.The visual acuity,anterior chamber depth,intraocular pressure level and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The anterior chamber depth was better than the control group,IOP level was lower than control group;The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with angle-closure glaucoma with cataract,the treatment with phacoemulsification combined with atrial angle separation can effectively improve their visual acuity,open corner,and control postoperative intraocular pressure,thus reducing the incidence of postoperative complications.
