骨化三醇冲击治疗血液透析患者继发性甲旁亢的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Calcitriol Pulse Therapy for Secondary Hyperparathyroidism in Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨骨化三醇冲击治疗血透患者继发性甲旁亢的临床效果。方法经由随机数字表法,选取80例于我院2018年1月至2020年7月期间收治的血透伴继发性甲旁亢患者,将其分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组接受小剂量骨化三醇治疗,观察组接受骨化三醇冲击治疗。两组患者均连续治疗8周。比较两组治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后血清IPTH、血钙、血磷水平。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率95.00%相较于对照组75.00%升高;与治疗前相比,治疗后两组血清IPTH水平均降低,且观察组相比于对照组降低(P<0.05),血钙、血磷水平相比于治疗前无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论骨化三醇冲击治疗血透患者继发性甲旁亢可改善患者血清IPTH、血钙、血磷水平,且疗效确切。

Objective This paper aims to explore the clinical influence of calcitriol pulse therapy on secondary hyperparathyroidism in hemodialysis patients.Methods According to the random number table method,80 cases of hemodialysis patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases).The control group received low-dose calcitriol treatment,the observation group received calcitriol shock treatment.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared;the levels of serum i PTH,serum calcium and phosphorus of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of patients in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group;compared with before treatment,the serum i PTH levels of the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),while the serum calcium and phosphorus levels had no significant difference compared with before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Calcitriol pulse therapy for secondary hyperparathyroidism in hemodialysis patients can significantly improve the levels of serum i PTH,blood calcium and blood phosphorus,which has definite curative effect.
