血液透析患者人工血管动静脉内瘘的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Arteriovenous Fistula in Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨血液透析患者使用人工血管动静脉内瘘过程中辅以针对性护理措施对其并发症、满意度、生活质量的影响。方法将2019年11月-2020年11月我院接入的82例血液透析患者分为两组,观察组和对照组,各41例,为常规组患者提供常规护理,为研究组患者提供针对性护理。结果研究组并发症明显少于常规组(P<0.05);研究组满意度、生活质量明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理可进一步减少血液透析患者人工血管动静脉内瘘的并发症,促使其生活质量的提高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective This paper aims to explore the effect of targeted nursing measures on complications,satisfaction and quality of life of hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula.Methods From November 2019 to November 2020,82 cases of hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital were selected,which were divided into two groups,41 cases in each group.Routine care was provided for patients in the conventional group,and targeted nursing was provided for patients in the study group.Results The complications in the study group were significantly less than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);the satisfaction and quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing can further reduce the complications of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients,improve their quality of life,which is worthy of clinical attention and extensive reference.
