延续性护理干预对农村2型糖尿病患者透析中生活质量的影响

Effect of Continuous Nursing Intervention on Quality of Life for Rural Patients with Type 2 Diabetes During Dialysis

目的分析延续性护理干预在农村2型糖尿病患者透析中的护理效果,尤其是对生活质量的影响。方法分析2018.5-2019.5时间段就诊于我院的98例2型糖尿病患者,以护理方法不同为依据实施分组,均分例数,分别实施延续性护理干预、传统护理干预的病例所在组以实验组和对照组命名,对2种护理干预方法所呈现出的护理效果进行比较和分析。结果与传统护理干预相比,延续性护理干预所表现出的护理效果更为显著,即实验组生活质量各项评分提升明显,患者血糖水平下降明显,治疗依从性提升明显,比较差异性明显(P<0.05)。结论农村2型糖尿病患者透析中实施延续性护理干预,可达到满意的护理效果,值得临床推广。

Objective This paper aims to analyze the nursing effect of continuous nursing intervention in rural patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus during dialysis,especially its effect on quality of life.Methods 98 patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected for the analysis,who were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,and the cases with continuous nursing intervention and traditional nursing intervention were named after the experimental group and the control group.The effects of the two nursing intervention methods were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with traditional nursing intervention,the nursing effect of continuous nursing intervention was more prominent,that was,the scores of quality of life in the experimental group were obviously improved,the blood sugar level of patients was obviously decreased,the treatment compliance was obviously improved,and the difference was obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention in rural patients with type 2 diabetes can achieve satisfactory nursing goals,therefore it is recommended to promote in clinic.
